GED - General Educational Development.

Many people have a need for General Education Development leading to General Education Diploma. GED sample questions helps to those who have recently left school without completing high school or who have been working for a number of years but still feel the need for a high school diploma.

The GED Tests can be taken almost anywhere in the United States and Canada, as well as at more than 100 sites internationally.

The GED Tests measure your knowledge and academic skills against those of today's traditional high school graduates.

The GED sample questions consists of five tests:

• Science - The Science sample test consists of multiple-choice questions from areas like Physical Science, Life Science, Earth and Space Science.

• Mathematics - This section will help you to develop skills in arithmetic, including fractions, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, percentages and other measurements, and basic statistical measures.

• Writing Skills - This includes the elements of standard English, sentence structure, and the parts of speech. A composition of approximately 200 words is also required.

• Social Studies - This includes Behavioral Science, U.S. History, Political Science, Economics, and Geography.

• Interpreting Literature and the Arts - This includes popular literature, classical literature, and commentary on literature and the fine arts.
