Read the comprehension and answer the following question:

We all know that the consumption of food is a very important part of life, but occasionally we fail to understand that food is more than just essential. The significance of food in considering human civilization lies specifically in its endless variability which is not necessary for species endurance. For survival requirements, all men anywhere can eat the similar food, which is measured only in fats, calories, vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins. But no, people of dissimilar backgrounds eat differently. The necessary items from which foodstuff is prepared; the ways in which it is stored, cut up or cooked the quantity and variety at every food; the flavor that are liked as well as disliked; the traditions of serving foodstuff; the vessels; the values on the food's properties, all these differ. The amount of such cooking variables is immense. People who have the similar traditions allocate the similar food habits, that is, they share the similar assemblage of cooking variables. People from various and different cultures share different gathering of food items. We may say that different societies have different food selection.

Within the similar culture, the eating habits are not at all essentially identical. In fact, according to the rule they are not. Within the similar common food manner, there are special demonstrations of food items of a lesser range, for diverse social situations. People from different social societies or professions differ in eating habits. People on happy occasions, in grief, or on an everyday routine eat again very differently. Different spiritual sector/ions have different eating habits. Men and women, in their various stages of their lives, eat different food stuff. Different people have different eating tastes. Few of these differences are ones of fondness, but others might be downright set. Knowing about these differences, clearing them, and connecting them to other aspects of social life are again amongst the job of a serious scholar of food. Chinese cuisine has gained tremendous popularity among people. They are considered as one the healthiest cuisine with low calories. The delicious food of China are usually been compared to French cooking as they have played the greatest role in the world of food. Chinese cuisine styles have been divided into five important regions: East Coast, Southeastern, Northeastern, Western and Central. Chinese cuisine is well-known for its grilling and meat roasting, fried rice, shark's fin soup and bird's nest.
